2018 Legislative Update: Medical Device Tax Suspended, Orphan Drug Tax Credit Renewed, more than $100 million in life science facilities funded and it is only February!

 

 

One month into 2018 and our legislative update is lengthy in the best way possible. With federal, state and local legislative bodies all in session, a number of major legislative decisions have been finalized that will shape the future of our industry locally and nationally.

 
Life Science Washington (LSW) continues to play an active role advocating for policies that advance scientific innovation and help build a thriving life science ecosystem in our state.
