  1. What will the new format be for the Virtual 2020 Life Science Innovation Northwest conference?
  2. Due to public health and safety concerns related to the coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, the Life Science Innovation Northwest (LSINW) will now be virtual on the same postponement dates, July 16 & 17. We’ll offer the same great conference of guest speakers and panels, company presentations, exhibit hall, fast pitch, posters, and more! With this format, we’ll be able to secure a much larger and more geographically diverse audience to engage with.

  3. Are sessions live or recorded?
  4. We are planning a mix of live and pre-recorded content and registered attendees will be able to interact with speakers for Q&A, even for pre-recorded content.

  5. How can I register? What are the registration rates?

  7. I pre-registered for the conference. Will my registration be refunded to LSINW virtual rate?
  8. For those who have pre-registered and paid, refunds will be given to bring payments to the new LSINW virtual rates. Please contact Kathleen Poston with questions regarding your registration or to request a full refund.

  9. Am I eligible for the member rate?
  10. All 2020 Life Science Washington members in good standing are eligible for LSINW conference member rates. If you have a question about your membership status or need to renew your membership, please email Amanda Tran.

  11. How can I cancel my hotel reservations?
  12. All individual hotel reservations booked through LSINW room block will be canceled without penalty. If for some reason you do see a charge on your credit card statement, please contact Craig Mathews.

  13. How do I apply for Podium Presentation, Fast Pitch or Poster Presentation?
  14. To sign up to Present for Podium, Fast Pitch or Poster Presentation, please visit the application page.

  15. 9. How do I schedule virtual One-on-One meetings?
  16. All registered attendees will have access to the virtual platform to schedule one-on-one meetings. Login information will be provided in your email confirmation.

  17. Is the conference schedule/program available?
  18. We have a great lineup of speakers and schedule.

  19. I am a sponsor. How does this affect me?
  20. As a sponsor, we want to present you with new visibility opportunities on the upcoming LSINW virtual platform. LSW team will connect with you shortly to discuss options for pivoting your investment into branding, advertising options and other opportunities.
