  1. Why was LSINW postponed?
  2. Based on these recommendations from the Seattle and King County Public Health Department and the CDC, Life Science Washington has decided to postpone Life Science Innovation Northwest. Originally scheduled in April, the conference will now take place July 16-17 at the Washington State Convention Center.

  3. When will the conference take place? Where is it located?
  4. The 20th annual Life Science Innovation Northwest (LSINW) conference will take place July 16 - 17, 2020 at the Washington State Convention Center 705 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101.

  5. How can I register? What are the registration rates?
  6. Visit the registration page for deadlines, rates, and other registration information.

  7. I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
  8. Unfortunately, one-day conference registration is not available. Please note that your registration provides you access to both days of the conference and the Industry Reception on July 16, 2020.

  9. Am I eligible for the member rate?
  10. All 2020 Life Science Washington members in good standing are eligible for LSINW conference member rates. If you have a question about your membership status or need to renew your membership, please email amanda@lifesciencewa.org.

  11. How do I apply for Podium Presentation, Fast Pitch or Poster Presentation?

  13. Is the conference schedule/program available?

  15. How can I learn more about sponsorship opportunities, such as having an exhibition booth?

  17. Are there volunteer positions available?
  18. There are limited volunteer positions available for current students and industry professionals with an interest in life sciences. If you are interested in volunteering for Life Science Innovation Northwest, please contact Iridius Izzarne, Operations Manager, iridius@lifesciencewa.org.

  19. How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
  20. Guest Room Reservations

    Please have the guests in your group reserve their guest rooms on or before the cut-off date of July 1, 2020 at 5 PM PST in order to book under your contracted room rate. This is the most important date to keep in mind. Reservation requests received following this date will be accepted only on a space and rate available basis.   21. Where can I park at the conference?
  22. Visit https://www.wscc.com/directions for driving and parking directions. Parking is *not* complimentary. We recommend utilizing public transportation.

  23. I pre-registered for the conference. Where and when can I pick-up my badge credentials?
  24. Your conference badge will be available onsite for pick-up starting at 12:30 pm on July 16, 2020 or at 7 am on July 17, 2020.
